Are all staff qualified?
Yes – all of our staff hold professional childcare qualifications - many are Nursery Nurses and Nursery Teachers, all of whom hold at least a level 3 childcare qualification.  At least half of the staff present on the day hold a paediatric first aid certificate.  All staff have an enhanced CRB disclosure to ensure suitability to work with young children.  We are fully-insured.

Can you supervise meals?
We’re more than happy to supervise children’s meals while you and your guests enjoy the wedding breakfast.

Can I come and collect my child at any time?
Yes, your guests are free to take their children out of the crèche at any time, although we ask that they follow our procedures for booking children in and out of the crèche to ensure child safety.

Are you flexible as to how long you can stay?
We can usually offer our services up until 12 midnight if required - we are here to accommodate your needs and tailor our service to your requirements.  We can be flexible with times.  We offer babysitting services after 8pm, where the staff can provide books and quiet activities in hotel rooms at the venue.

Do we need to provide anything?
We do ask venues to provide a few tables and chairs, as well as high chairs if applicable.  If there are several over eight's who would like to attend the creche, we sometimes ask the venue to provide a TV and DVD player - we have a range of DVD's for the children to choose from.
