Our staff team are experienced childcare professionals.  

All of our creches meet or exceed Ofsted staffing requirements (www.ofsted.gov.uk).

Qualifications held by our staff team include PGCE/NNEB/Btec National Diploma/NVQ levels 2 or 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development.

All staff hold enhanced disclosures carried out by the Criminal Records Bureau to ensure their suitability to work with young children.  We also hold a specialist insurance policy.

There is a minimum of 2 first aiders on duty at all times.

Staff wear bright coloured polo shirts and to remain visible to parents and children.
